The Refill Process

Toner refill kits come packaged with a bottle of toner powder, 1 funnel cap, toner wipes, latex-free gloves and an illustrated instructional material. 1. Unload the empty cartridge from the printer.
2. Loosen the small screws holding the end cap.
3. Gently remove the end cap to access the fill plug.
4. Pop out the large fill plug using a flathead screwdriver.

6. Pull out toner bottle and funnel cap from the kit.
7. Tap the bottle of toner to loosen particles and pull off the seal to open.
8. Securely attach the funnel cap over the bottle's mouth to prevent toner spillage and insert it into the fill hole to transfer fresh toner powder to the toner hopper.
9. When the bottle is empty and/or the cartridge is full, remove the funnel cap from the bottle and set aside.
10. Seal the fill hole by twisting the plastic hopper plug until it is firmly seated.
11. Put back the end cap and make sure it is in place.
12. Shake the cartridge gently from side to side to even out supplied toner.
13. Reload the cartridge back to the printer and run a test print.
